Immense attention to detail goes into operating every tour, across client servicing, reservations and tour fulfilment as well as emergency support. In each source market, we have a local sales operations team on the ground working directly with clients, sales, and inbound operations.
Our Bangkok sales operations hub opened in June 2017 and operates our more systematic business needs. They work with source markets and inbound operations, and support other operations teams across the globe when required. Our Bangkok hub also serves as a training 'centre of excellence' for our sales operations teams across Asia.
