Kuoni Global Travel Services is a company that constantly changes and evolves, a process facilitated by a number of internal business initiatives.
Our Project Management Office (PMO) supports to drive company-wide change through projects. Coordinated at a global level, the PMO works closely with a lead in each business and support function. To ensure a consistent approach, this network receives training and certification in international project management (PRINCE 2). The projects themselves go through a toll gate process from idea generation onwards that provides our Leadership Team review and approval of all global change projects.
